Of Spanish origin, with the crisis of the 1960s Don Pepe returned to his native country to end the company activities. Despite the troubled economic crisis, 4 orders placed by customers signaled a horizon of hope that stimulated Mr. José Luis to act contrary to what was planned investing and persisting with perseverance.

Thus, over a few decades, it transformed the then small printing company into the current conglomerate, always using the raw material of origin – Steel.

This group currently has more than 300 employees and is in its 2nd generation of managers that continues to grow and develop according to the founder's motto "Commitment, Determination, Claw and Work".

We are a company located in a central district of São Paulo operating in 4 different business segments:

- Aratell Cilindros: fabricação de Cilindros de Baixa Pressão;

- Aratell Metalúrgica: fabricação de peças de aço usinadas estampadas e repuxadas;

- Aratell Audio: Speaker manufacturing and components;

- CBAG: Warehouses for general storage:

The companies have been consolidated over time by the entrepreneurial spirit and visionary profile of their founder Mr. Jose Luis, who since the age of 16 worked with his father Don José in the steel sheet retail trade.

In 1962, the first Aratell factory was inaugurated, having as main product Flanges for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) containers.
